Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program.

Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers: The Gifts of Imperfection, Daring Greatly, Rising Strong, Braving the Wilderness, and Dare to Lead™, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly lists.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four (4) skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The 24 hour Dare to Lead™ Program focuses on developing these courage-building skills to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armoured leadership to daring leadership.

Individuals who successfully complete the 24 hour Dare to Lead™ Program will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Dare to Lead™ Trained Badge to put on their LinkedIn account.

Dare to Lead™ Training is facilitated in person and/ or virtually (please refer to our COVID-19 Policy) – a huge amount of thought and planning has gone into the design of both methods, to ensure they are just as engaging, memorable and transformational as each other.

Individuals who successfully complete all components of the 24 hours Dare to Lead™ Program receive a Certificate of Completion and a Dare to Lead™ Trained Badge, sanctioned by the Brené Brown Research and Education Group (BBEARG) to add to their LinkedIn profile.

Why is Alison's Dare to Lead™ training so unique?

Alison also weaves a powerful blend of Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Conversational Intelligence ® (C-IQ) into the fabric of her Training.

Alison has over 3,000 hours of Executive Coaching experience working with high profile Companies in Australia and New Zealand, and in the last 2 years she has authored an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Profiling Report as well as an eLearning program, Change Leadership Online (CLO) – so she knows firsthand, the challenges, people, teams and organizations are facing.

Alison’s authenticity, curiosity and storytelling sets the scene for a profound learning experience.
