Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building Program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Over the course of 24 truly transformational and life changing hours, attendees will learn how to move from armoured to daring leadership by exploring, practicing, reflecting and integrating the following:

The Training component of this Program is facilitated in Person. Alison has put huge emphasis on selecting a venue that provides the setting for an inspiring and memorable learning experience (that’s close to the CBD!).
As part of the training, attendees will receive:

A printable version of the Dare to Lead™ Workbook
An invitation to join the free Courageous Leadership Hub Webinars, facilitated quarterly by Alison for all her Dare to Lead™ alumni
Individuals who successfully complete all components of the 24 hours Dare to Lead™ Program receive a Certificate of Completion and a Dare to Lead™ Trained Badge, sanctioned by the Brené Brown Research and Education Group (BBEARG) to add to their LinkedIn profile.
Once you’ve secured your spot, in addition to your tax receipt, you’ll receive an email from Alison acknowledging your registration! If you haven’t received the confirmation email within a couple of hours of your purchase, please check your junk mail. Approximately four (4) weeks before the Welcome & Induction session, you’ll receive an email from Alison overviewing everything you need to know about the Program, including Calendar Invitations for all sessions, Venue details, logistics, Pre-Work etc.

When you purchase a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:
Cancellations made 20 working days or more in advance of the training start date, will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 7 – 19 working days in advance of the event start date will receive 25% refund. Cancellations made within 7 working days to the training start date will not be eligible for a refund of any kind.
You may transfer your registration to another one of our scheduled Programs in the same calendar year (pending availability) any time before 7 working days of the event; should you nominate a Virtual Program, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference
You must attend all Training Sessions to be eligible to receive their Dare to Lead™ Trained Certificate and Badge
In the unlikely event that the venue needs to be changed, you will be provided ample notice and we guarantee that the new venue will remain within close proximity to the Brisbane CBD
